Sam Goldsworthy- Forest School Leader

Hi I’m Sam
I have been a childminder for 18 years and love being outdoors with the children .
I have a passion for nature especially birds which I like to pass onto the younger generation. I feel children learn so much more using the woods as a classroom therefore by running these Forest school sessions it gives children the opportunity to learn many skills they wouldn’t otherwise experience.

Ryan Goldsworthy- Forest School Leader

Hi I’m Ryan,
I believe in providing children with an opportunity to explore, develop new skills and challenge themselves whilst learning about conservation and nature.
As well as being a Forest School Leader I also work with my wife running a childminding business.
In my spare time I enjoy wildlife photography and love spending time at the local RSPB reserves or walking my dogs through woodlands and along the coast paths.

Issy Goldsworthy- Forest School Assistant

Hi I’m Issy,
A little bit about me, I am just about to finish my A Levels before progressing onto do a degree in music at Falmouth University.
I love working with children and have helped with the family childminding business ever since I can remember. As well as that I am a volunteer at my local Brownie Unit and am working towards my leadership qualification.
Forest School sessions are brilliant for young children to develop their learning and skills and I love being involved in them.
